• VAPT (through our partners)
• Social media management
• Other IT services provided by Adglob

By using any of these services, you agree to follow these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Use our services legally and responsibly

3. Use of Services

You agree not to:

• Misuse our services
• Reverse engineer or copy our software
• Host illegal content
• Perform any action that may harm our infrastructure
• Send spam emails through our email or API services
• Use VoIP solutions for fraud, scams, or unauthorized calls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations.

4. Service Delivery

Our services include:

• Software development (web/mobile)
• Cloud server setup & management
• DevOps CI/CD automation
• Website hosting & support
• Email hosting
• VoIP call center setup
• Security testing
• WordPress, PHP, Laravel, Python, React, etc. development

Delivery timelines may vary depending on project size, client response, and technical complexity.

5. Payments & Billing

All services must be paid as per the agreed quotation or invoice.

Advance payments, subscription charges, or maintenance fees are non-refundable, unless specifically mentioned in writing.

Delayed payments may result in:

• Service suspension
• Late fees
• Project delays

* GST will apply as per government rules.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential:

• Business information
• Server access
• Credentials
• Source code
• Internal discussions
• Client and customer data

We do not share your data with unauthorized parties.

7. Third-Party Services

Adglob may use third-party platforms such as:

• AWS, Google Cloud, Azure
• Cloudflare
• cPanel, Plesk, Webmin, CloudPanel
• SMS/VoIP providers
• Payment gateways

These third parties have their own policies, and Adglob is not responsible for issues caused by them.

8. Data Security & Backups

We follow industry-standard security practices for servers and applications.

Clients are encouraged to maintain external backups.

Adglob is not responsible for data loss caused by:

• Third-party providers
• Client mistakes
• Hardware failures
• Natural disasters
• Malware attacks beyond our control

Backup services can be provided on request.

9. Intellectual Property

All the content, designs, codebases, and documents created by Adglob remain our property until full payment is received.

After full payment, the source code and project ownership are transferred to the client (unless otherwise agreed).

Our brand name “Adglob Infosystem Pvt. Ltd.” and logo cannot be used without written permission.

10. Service Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments are overdue
• Client violates terms
• Illegal activity is detected
• Server misuse or abusive behaviour occurs

Upon termination, access to services may be permanently revoked.

11. Limitation of Liability

Adglob is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue/profits
• Business interruptions
• Third-party outages
• Server hacks caused by weak passwords or external vulnerabilities
• Client-side code issues
• Improper use of software

Our maximum liability, if applicable, will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime.

Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
